Threads99 – Order Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

Threads99 aims to provide a simple, transparent, and customer-friendly shopping experience. This policy applies to all orders placed on threads99.co.in.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellation by Customer (Before Dispatch)

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • To cancel, log in to your Threads99 account → My Orders → select the order → request cancellation.
  • Once an order is marked as “Shipped,” it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery.

b. Cancellation by Threads99

Your order may be cancelled for reasons including:

  • Product out of stock or discontinued
  • Invalid or incomplete address
  • Payment failure
  • Suspected fraud or misuse

You will be informed via email or SMS in such cases.


2. Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a return/refund if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (innerwear, socks, etc., if applicable)

4. Return Process

  1. Log in to your Threads99 account
  2. Go to My Orders and select the item to return
  3. Choose the return reason and upload photos (if required)
  4. Our team will review and approve eligible requests
  5. A reverse pickup will be arranged, or self-ship details will be provided
  6. After the item passes quality check, your refund will be processed

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after the returned product clears quality verification.

Refund Methods:

  • Prepaid Orders – Refunded to the original payment method
  • COD Orders – Refunded via NEFT/IMPS (bank details required)

6. Exchange Policy

Direct exchanges are not supported at the moment.

To exchange an item (size/colour):

  • Initiate a return
  • Place a new order for the desired variant

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank/payment app again
  • Contact your bank/payment provider
  • If still unresolved, reach out to us at info@threads99.co.in

8. Policy Exceptions

Threads99 may reject returns/refunds for:

  • Items failing quality verification
  • Used, washed, or damaged products
  • Missing tags or packaging
  • Repeated return requests
  • Incorrect items sent back
